We are a dental laboratory that incorporates advanced technologies with outstanding service and fair pricing.
I began my Dental Technology career in 1980 by attending a three year National Dental Technology program in Nice, France. I graduated in 1983 and worked in several laboratories in France. I moved to Florida and continued my Dental education in a Dental Technology College in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Over the next several years I gained extensive laboratory experience by mastering all laboratory fabrication techniques. I continued my training by attending and studying advanced esthetic techniques from many of the top Ceramic Masters in France, Germany, and the US.
In 1995, I joined a nationally recognized esthetic laboratory in Northern California as a master technician. I was soon after promoted to General Manager. I was instrumental in the explosive growth of the company as we grew in just a few years from 50 to 750 employees. During my tenor, I hired, managed and mentored hundreds of nationally recognized technicians. I continued to advance my technical skills by attending training with top technicians throughout Europe, North and South America and Japan. I finished my tenor as VP of Operations.
Leveraging my extensive experience over the last 30 years, I partnered with and co-founded Allure Dental Studio with my old friend and colleague Larry Stites. We opened Allure Dental Studio in Tracy, California in January 2009, the community in which we have been living for many years. Allure Dental Studio is a full service dental laboratory, focusing primarily on the treatment of the full-arch implant patient and is fully driven by CAD/CAM technology. I have participated in countless surgeries where I converted immediate dentures to temporary hybrids. I lecture nationally and internationally on the Treatment Considerations for Immediate Load Full Arch Implant Patients.
My vision is to build a high quality laboratory with a focus on Esthetics, Implants and Technology while offering our customers techniques and services that no other laboratory is able to provide. I want my lab to be a home for my employees instead of being a place of work. They are, for me, part of the family, and without them my vision could not materialize. Without them we would be just another lab.
